Lifera Concludes Participation at the Global Health Exhibition 2025 with a Series of Landmark Announcements

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, 30th October 2025 – Lifera, A PIF Company focussed on the localization and expansion of Saudi Arabia’s biopharmaceutical sector, successfully concluded its participation at the Global Health Exhibition 2025 in Riyadh today, during which they announced a series of major MOUs with leading global biopharma companies and Saudi entities.

The four-day event, held under the patronage of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health, brought together industry leaders to explore the latest developments in global healthcare innovation, acting as a platform for partnerships and global investment in the sector. Leading the way, Lifera announced three milestone MOUs on the conference’s first day with global biopharma leaders: Pfizer, Sanofi and MSD. These focused on the localization and manufacturing of their vaccines in the Kingdom, combined with knowledge and technology transfer to the Saudi workforce.

In addition, Lifera signed a joint venture agreement with Jamjoom Pharma to develop a facility for the manufacture of vaccines, biologics, and biosimilars, as well as a partnership with King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre to advance gene and cell therapy capabilities in Saudi Arabia.

Collaborating with both global and domestic leaders, Lifera aims to bring new expertise and technology into Saudi Arabia, strengthening national healthcare resilience and supporting the long-term local production of life-saving vaccines and treatments, enabling the National Biotechnology Strategy and Vision 2030.
